Refund Policy

At nada drinks, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction!
If you're considering a refund or return, it means we first owe you a "thank you!" for being our customer. If you are dissatisfied with an item or order, we want to correct the problem as soon as possible. Here are some things you might want to know.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received; original package, unopened and undamaged
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged Goods

  • You have 48 hours to notify us in case of a damaged delivery.
    • Please send an e-mail hello@nadadrinks.com with your order number (and photo's of the damaged item, if possible)
  • Depending on your wishes we will issue a (partial) refund or replace the item, if in stock.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 business days, this depends on your payment method's policies.

Shipping

Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
