Free Pick-Up
Our warehouse is in De Pijp, Amsterdam and you can drop by to collect your order. Great for the environment and great to say hi! Just select Pick Up as your delivery method when checking out.

Shipping
We offer shipping to all countries in the EU. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Thanks to our shipping partner PostNL we are able to deliver within 2 to 5 business days under normal circumstances. Within The Netherlands we deliver within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at check out based on your location. We offer FREE shipping for orders above a certain price.


Worldwide Shipping
At this moment we do not offer shipping outside EU. If you would like to order from a non-EU country, please contact us to discuss (hello@nadadrinks.com).

Track & Trace
All orders we ship have a Track & Trace code, so that you can follow your order. The Track & Trace will be shared soon after the shipment has left our warehouse.

No Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within reasonable terms, after receiving tracking information, please contact us (hello@nadadrinks.com).

Damaged Delivery
In the case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours. We might ask for photos of the damaged package and item. Mail us (hello@nadadrinks.com) with your order number, contact details and photos.

No Delivery - Return
If the shipment can't be delivered at the address, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse. We will contact you when this happens. We will offer to send out the item again. If the unsuccessful delivery is the result of incorrect information from the customer, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs.
