One of our absolute favourite finds! This is a truly stunning and sophisticated sparkling with an incredibly rich, long and complex flavor for those who are looking for an alternative to alcohol. The aim was - in all modesty - to make the world's best non-alcoholic sparkling drink, which we believe they have achieved. BLÅ consists of a wide variety of teas, 13 in total. The first impression is fresh and lively, with pleasant notes of flowers, jasmine and quince. Then they mix with the softness of chamomile and white tea, and the selected black teas provide a pleasant structure. Finally, delicate notes of apple and spice follow thanks to the Chai tea. The long and complex taste experience makes BLÅ suitable for a variety of applications: as an aperitif and with starters, light main courses and most desserts.
